CLINICAL SUPERVISION FOR PSYCHOLOGISTS

Reflective Practice Framework

What is Clinical Supervision

Clinical supervision is a structured professional relationship that supports psychologists to reflect on their clinical work, strengthen their judgement and maintain safe, ethical and effective practice. Jenn works predominantly from a reflective practice framework, where supervision goes beyond discussing cases or seeking advice about treatment decisions. It creates space to examine how a psychologist's assumptions, emotional responses, professional experiences and therapeutic relationships may influence their work.
