With clinical expertise and deep respect for your lived experience, we work in collaboration with you to help you build the life you want.
Our Approach
At Ensemble Psychology, therapy is client-focused, identity-affirming, and inclusive.
We offer a welcoming, supportive space for individuals across all identities, with a particular focus on working with neurodivergent people, gender-diverse communities, health-care professionals, and clients living with disability. We are passionate about providing care that respects who you are and what you value.
We specialise in treating anxiety disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive (and related) Disorders (OCD), and sleep difficulties. We also offer comprehensive psychological support for a wide range of mental health challenges, including mood disorders, stress, trauma, emotional dysregulation, and life transitions.
No matter where you are starting from, we tailor our approach to meet your unique needs and goals.
Why Choose a Clinical Psychologist?

At Ensemble Psychology, you will experience a combination of rigorous clinical expertise and a deeply collaborative, respectful approach to care.
Our Therapeutic Approaches
We offer a range of evidence-based therapies, carefully selected and adapted to suit your unique goals, needs, and identity:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT):
A structured, practical therapy that helps you identify and change unhelpful thinking and behaviour patterns that may be contributing to your distress.Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT):
A mindfulness-based approach that encourages you to accept difficult thoughts and feelings while taking committed action towards your personal values.Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT):
A therapy that focuses on building emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness skills, especially for intense emotional experiences.Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR):
A trauma-focused therapy that supports the processing of distressing memories using guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation.Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT):
A specialised cognitive therapy that addresses and helps reshape unhelpful beliefs and thoughts related to traumatic experiences.Unified Protocol (UP):
A flexible, emotion-focused cognitive-behavioural approach that targets common processes across emotional disorders, such as emotional avoidance, and helps build emotional awareness and flexibility.Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP):
A highly effective, structured therapy specifically for treating OCD and related conditions. ERP involves gradually and safely facing feared thoughts, situations, or images without engaging in compulsive behaviours, helping reduce anxiety sensitivity and promote adaptive coping.
Each therapy is delivered in collaboration with you, ensuring it fits your needs, preferences, and goals.
